Wine Pouring Service at Your WIN Expo Booth

Reservations for Wine Pouring Services at Exhibitor Booth Spaces are now available. Each exhibiting company that would like to have wine poured within their booth space must fill out the form below, indicating types of wine being poured, as well as the time slot that you'd like to have your wine poured. Wine Industry Network will collect your wine in advance of the show, and will distribute it to your booth 30 minutes before your scheduled pouring time.

Wine Industry Expo

  • Pricing: $250.00
  • Includes:
    • Wine Delivered to Your Booth
    • 20-50 lb. Bag of Ice (if needed)
  • Optional Add-on: Assigned Staff Pouring, Additional $75 / hr. (4 hour minimum includes 3 Hours of Sample Pouring + 30 minutes Set-Up + 30 minutes Break-Down / Cleanup)

Exhibitors are responsible for providing the following:

  • Staff person to pour, 21 or older (must have Valid ID with them)
  • Wine for sample pouring
  • (1) Table for Wine Pouring Station
  • (125-150) Plastic Tasting Cups
  • (1) Dump Bucket
  • (1) Ice Bucket to chill wine (if ice is needed)

Exhibitors must abide by the following ABC / Sonoma County Fairgrounds alcoholic beverage rules or you will jeopardize your future status as an exhibitor at this event:

  • Exhibitors are not allowed to bring alcoholic beverages directly to their booth, or onto the Sonoma County Fairgrounds property, buildings, or parking lots unless otherwise directed to do so by WIN Expo.
  • All deliveries of alcoholic beverages must be delivered to, stored and distributed by WIN Expo only.
